Pacific Swell enables these businesses not only with greater functionalities than they previously had, but also creates them in such a fashion that businesses can sleep easily at night knowing that their new technologies rest on reliable foundations.Although our roots are in technical support and computer consulting services, we have taken a specialization in IP Communications. Voice over IP technology provides the opportunity to completely re-think one of business's most essential tools: the telephone. By using packet switched networks instead of traditional circuit switched networks, the line between voice and data networks becomes blurred, flinging the door wide-open to new and exciting ways of connecting and transporting voice calls.
Pacific Swell Networks is embracing the opportunities this technology provides. We started by building VoIP infrastructures and phone systems for small and medium-sized businesses, which offer cost savings and increased productivity through enterprise-grade functionality. We have progressed to the development of Bravora, a ground-breaking technology that dramatically breaks the tradtional telephony model in many ways.
As a boot-strapping startup company, we develop these technologies in addition to providing responsive and high-quality technical support and consulting services to the Southern California region. Since our beginnings from within a college dorm-room, we have an appreciation and respect for our customer's and their unique needs. As we move forward, we stay true to these beliefs as our organization continues to grow and become more complex.
