Pacific Swell Networks is an IP telephony consulting and integration firm. At its core, IP telephony includes the technical infrastructure and systems that are necessary to enable verbal communication between people inside and outside of a business domain. Additional capabilities include facilitating communications to mobile and remote employees, business work-flow integration, and business continuity.

The IP telephony market is filled with a wide array of products and technologies to accomplish these objectives. However, IP telephony represents a paradigm shift in the way we use our telephones and choosing a solution that is right for your business is much more difficult than ever before. Pacific Swell's services and solutions address the stringent requirements of businesses telephony. As such, we provide expertise in WAN and LAN network engineering, carrier voice and data services, and VoIP protocols. These skills are leveraged cross-industry and throughout a wide variety of organizations allowing for the continual refinement and application of best practices.

In addition, rather than focusing exclusively on traditional products and services, we embrace emerging technologies that deliver value to our customers. In fact, Pacific Swell has worked jointly with service providers and vendors to help introduce their products to the marketplace.

Who We Are

We are a privately held corporation headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Founded in 2004, our beginnings primarily included technical support, IT/network consulting, software development, and voice over IP technologies. Over time the company matured and underwent a major transition to focus exclusively on IP telephony, and has been on the leading-edge of the industry ever since.

Both of the company's partners - Matt Vlasach (CEO) and Taylor Boyko (CTO) - possess Computer Engineering degrees from the University of California, Santa Barbara. With a blended engineering and business background, the two partners and their team are breathing new life into the telecommunications industry by embracing the capabilities unlocked by running voice over IP.

While integrating proven solutions, we also have a desire to drive new (and sometime industry disruptive) innovations in IP communications to the marketplace. These new technologies provide our customers with a significant competitive advantage over their competition, regardless of their industry. Armed with these experiences, we continuously build our portfolio of solutions and best practices that are applied repeatably and systematically to new customers.
