Business Hours

Pacific Swell Networks business hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST). An emergency support line is available to contact your technology support team after hours.

Rates

A minimum of one hour will be billed for onsite technical support and in 15-minute increments there after. Remote support is billed in 15-minute increments with no minimum.

After Hour Rates

Pacific Swell Networks rate for technology support after hours is time and a half of your normal hourly billing rate.
