Sousa leverages Pacific Swell's IPPBX system to place toll-free calls between each of their sites, meaning that they don't pay any charges for inter-office communications. Additionally, they enjoy the ability to place and transfer calls between offices by simply using local extensions.

Spyder Surf, which has both storefront and online locations, is a surf equipment and apparel retailer. By using Pacific Swell's IPPBX solution, calling customers are automatically routed to the correct storefront or online telephone systems. Additionally, sales employees are able to easily place free calls between storefronts for product inquiries. After hour calls are automatically routed to voicemail, which is then forwarded via email to the relevant accounts.
